Our production process
From first call to final delivery
A clear, collaborative process keeps short-form production moving. Here is how Frame Zuno Productions takes branded videos and mini-series from an initial idea to polished, social-ready files.
Built for efficient collaboration
A practical plan for every production
Most projects move from kickoff to delivery in approximately two to six weeks. Timing depends on the number of videos, concept complexity, locations, talent availability, and feedback rounds. Before work begins, we confirm the scope, schedule, deliverables, and responsibilities so everyone knows what happens next.
Step by step
How a typical project moves
-
01
Discovery call
We discuss your audience, social channels, campaign goals, brand voice, preferred formats, and practical requirements. This first conversation usually takes 30–45 minutes.
-
02
Scope and creative direction
Within a few business days, we shape the production approach, recommended deliverables, working timeline, and creative direction. Once approved, we schedule pre-production.
-
03
Pre-production
Over one to two weeks, we develop concepts, scripts or outlines, shot lists, schedules, locations, and production details. Creator collaborations and cast requirements are coordinated during this stage.
-
04
Production day
Our team captures the planned footage with social-first framing and pacing in mind. Depending on the scope, filming may take a half day, a full day, or multiple scheduled days.
-
05
Editing and review
We assemble the strongest takes, refine timing, and complete sound, color, graphics, and captions as agreed. A first cut is typically shared within five to ten business days after filming.
-
06
Final delivery
After consolidated feedback and approved revisions, we export the final files in the agreed aspect ratios and formats, organized for straightforward publishing across your social channels.
Every schedule is tailored to the project. We flag dependencies early and provide clear review dates to help production stay on track.
